EF & CBT/ACT Skills Group for Adults with ADHD

This fall’s program consists of 9 sessions, scheduled between September 16th and November 18th, 2026. Each week, new skills related to EF and ADHD are introduced and practiced. We also cover the management of related and interfering emotions. Our warm, affirming group setting allows for increased accountability, peer support and sharing, and a more affordable means of accessing effective services.

Topics include the following:

  • Strength-based psychoeducation about working successfully with an ADHD brain

  • Skills for executive functioning, including time management, planning, organization, prioritization, impulse control, and overcoming procrastination

  • Day-to-day productivity systems and hacks for task management, emails, follow-ups, prioritization, organization, memory, and more

  • Tweaks for maximizing lifestyle factors and routines

  • Motivational strategies for initiating and completing tasks

  • CBT and ACT based approaches to the managing interfering emotions (anxiety, frustration, shame, boredom, sadness, etc)

Dates & Location: The Fall 2026 Program will be in-person at our Upper West Side office. Tentative dates (Wednesday evenings) are listed below:
